Many companies across the globe are realizing the lean tools alone are not enough, and want help in guiding their top management team through an analysis of overall strategy and approaches to learning from the Toyota Way.
In addition we provide specific training courses for Job Instruction, Job Methods Improvement, Job Relations, Problem Solving, and the Toyota Way. In the 1940’s the United States government developed a series of training programs intended to improve factory output in support of the war effort. The Training Within Industry (TWI) program was later provided to Toyota and other Japanese companies who utilized it to rebuild their industrial capability. Toyota utilized the TWI program as a foundation for continuous improvement and employee development. Because of the success of Toyota, and the interest in Lean Manufacturing the TWI programs have gained a new interest from other companies.
